David M. Shifman, D.C.
Dr. Shifman's interest in Chiropractic developed following an automobile accident in 1985. He achieved remarkable results as a Chiropractic patient, which gave him a first hand appreciation for the role of natural health care as both a preventive and restorative treatment.
Dr. Shifman graduated from the National College of Chiropractic in Lombard IL in 1993. After graduating, Dr. Shifman worked as an associate at a busy office in Oak Lawn, IL. Since 1999, when he acquired Advanced Wellness Center, Dr. Shifman has been treating many members of the River Grove and surrounding communities. Dr. Shifman and his staff provide a warm, friendly and caring environment, paying special attention to each patient’s individual needs and goals. Through continuing education courses, Dr. Shifman is current with the latest spinal correction and rehabilitation procedures in use today.
Alan Uretz Dipl.Ac. Ph.D
Dr. Uretz has been treating his patients with Acupuncture, herbs and Traditional Chinese Medicine since 1992.
